More Racine (WI) citizens has become regulars at Access Point, an Internet cafe and gaming center located near JCPenney in the mall.
Access Point, which opened at the end of June, features 40 computer stations and multiple X-Box machines with roughly two dozen of the latest games, including BattleField 1942, Half Life: Counter Strike and Medal of Honor Spearhead

Nobody's quite sure why Americans have never embraced gaming centers. You might think it's because so many of us have computers and Internet access at home. But so do millions of avid gamers in places such as Taiwan and South Korea. Yet, according to iGames, an international association of gaming centers, there are 20,000 gaming centers or cybercafes in South Korea, 6,000 in Taiwan, and possibly more than 100,000 in China...
